"... The Charity Bazaar 2009 is already behind us and we are happy to announce that it was a success! The Bazaar raised 202 000 leva on the day, and an estimated total over 300 000 leva with direct donations and late payments. In the current context to economic downturn, it is a wonderful surprise.
The success of this years Bazaar will make it possible for the Charity Foundation to continue supporting our ongoing projects, while at the same time being able to react to sudden emergency requests for assistance.
None of this would have been possible without your renewed support and Right Rentals generous lending of 100 tables. Without those tables half the countries would have had nowhere to display and sell their goods, so we really are deeply indebted to you. Thank you also for the 2 tea urns to the British Stall!"
